There are a lot of good signature campaigns and have potentials to succeed in the bounty sections. Usually, I would search the name of the bounty manager. His/her previous works and projects and the feedbacks from the people who have participated in his/her campaign. I also read the whitepaper, the concept of the project and the team behind it if they are capable to handle a platform.
