I myself cannot yet predict how that's going to happen next year. but in my opinion, the year 2019 would not be much different than this year. ICO project still will still exist. and maybe it could be going to more and more new projects.
I agree, now projects appear every day like mud. because of this, many investors are afraid to invest that would not get on scammers. But with the advent of regulation, I think things will go much better
