Changes need to come from the top and until theymos does something about this sort of huge farming and abuse, which has become endemic, then it's pointless even bothering. When farmers like these are spotted the admins should be looking into their IPs and banning them en mass instead of us having to play cat and mouse with them banning the few we find. There will likely be dozens or even hundreds of these accounts it's pointless when they just evade the bans of the other accounts and can get paid from ICO campaigns in the process.
With my latest trick, I can easily list hundreds of homograph spam posts (bump bots) per day. I'd love to collect them for a few days, then get them all banned at once. Chances of a false positive are almost non-existent: no human would ever post a homograph attack, unless it's copied from someone else. It would be relatively easy to take out many of them. I've already registered nukebot for this dream
