They didn't have ICO, tokens were sold at private sale only. Price on private sale was 10 cent per 1 SURE token. Developers said in telegram that they are in negotiating with some good exchanges. Also they have a trading promo on COSS exchange since 17th September with pool of 500k SURE tokens.
