I do not see any drawbacks, the project itself looks very promising and serious. I hope that very soon the VEST token will begin to grow, after entering the crypto-currency exchanges!! 
I have already seen that the VEST token is sold on several crypto-currency exchanges, its price jumps, then up, then down, while maintaining a slow growth.
