Probably not yet, because this situation which is currently happening does not inspire much confidence, and that is why I think that it is not worth paying attention to a very big event.
Yes right now it is not but for sure in the future a lot of ICOs right now will have a big future once they launch their projects and for sure a lot of people will get really into it.
