I have the same questions and someone told me that it is already out available only to those who have invested early. I might be wrong but let us see what the admins of the site will tell us. I would be happy if they open it to the general public as it could also be a test for its scalability. This might also be a good way to detect early on any issues with the exchange before its main launch.
