Agree with Bennix. That is how one should choose an exchange. But also I would like to add that it's also important what payments methods are accessible and what fees are charged. For instance, CEX (https://cex.io/) has recently lowered their fees for using Visa and Mastercard – it looks attractive for starting trading there.
