Man you should stay away from such exchanges, never ever save your coins in them.
Why？ 
Basically what the user meant is, you should not save your coins in third party exchanges. But since you will do trades, no choice but to deal with the risks. So to minimize the risks, stick with those reputable exchanges.
Not an assurance that you will be safe but way better than using a new or low volume exchange.

Definitely no one will risks trading here unless some big developments and changes will come on the way. We doesn't have any reference if it's worth to put a shot at this exchange. Being a new one is not a reason for not having a good references.
EOS is being traded at multiple exchanges so traders obviously they will stick to the reputable exchanges at the moment.
