I dont believe that altcoins will turn to dust when lightening comes. Of course i support bitcoin, too. But some altcoins seems very reliable to me and i dont think they will just disappear. Eth and neo are good to hodl.
There is more than 1950 different coin and token in market and i think not many will survive. Altcoin will survive if they have good product and strong community. Ethereum and NEO is good coin and i am already hold that coin.
You are right, the most two things an ico must have are the dedications and seriousness of the project and the support of the community members and investors.
