У Waves это будет сделано при помощи смарт контрактов. И такого я ни у кого не видел. Так что не надо пи**еть будто 2FA есть в любом кошельке.
Правда я не читал еще о взломе акков Waves, но я и не искал такую информацию, поищу на досуге.
