Investors are the one moving the price of the market. By the law of supply and demand its very clear that the price are dectated by the amount of money put into the market. The higher the demand the bigger the price.  This system was take advantage by some of influence people or in local term the whales.. They take control the bear and bull market by moving their capital from/to the market.
