Hello, I am a new bitcointalk member, working with greaterninja locally on the extremely small NinjaTech team. As we grow our business, all of us on the team are trying to satisfy high demand for product and customer requests. Please understand that we take customer support very seriously and that we are still just a start-up business that began a few weeks ago. Most of us are still working our full-time jobs at the moment.
