After all people should be happy with this campaign since you only have to take care that your total posts increase with just 1 each week, while other campaigns require much more posts each week or you will also not receive your payment. The Semux devs can't do anything about it and you can complain in the Meta section(

Just a advice choose wisely what threads you decide to post and avoid threads if you can know upfront that they might get removed

But i am very confused that every one i posted is what i am thinking, not garbage, why they are recycled?!!! i think it is not a good idea to delete posts without any notification!
Email notification will be send when the mods remove just a post from one person, when they remove a whole thread you don't receive an email.
