There's no such thing as "best" because every cryptos has their own downside and positive side especially altcoins which are having a more complicated market value than other cryptos. I'd say choose those that are not new in the market because assumptions can be easily made and things would be avoide if not necessary. Unlike on newly listed tokens which are abit more unpredictable.
