The Website isn't working. And it is still so many to develop. Too early stage of project right now.
It is open project, so it is okay. They just need to comunicate with people and work hard. Will see 
The rules for all devices that support this platform must be ready for use. Please note, sometimes such platforms, websites don't work or need improvement. I saw in Minato like that. everything needs a process, and I'm sure MINATO will develop better.
