We've seen so many bad ends due to the ico project can't get funding maximum. If funded team there are difficulties to develop project. It's like bad signs for the ico project, but some of the project still exist that could achieve hardcap.
Even many people are complaining about safety in ICO because nowadays many came out scam ICO but still there are some ICO are trustworthy, so I think this year is not the bad year for ICOs. Maybe if there's a regulation in creating ICO there are possibility the scam ICO will be lessen and the new ICO is well develop, so that people will believe to it again. And since there's no regulations then the best to do is to make a research and analyze it before we invest to it.
