Bitcoin blockchain is already not that effective form the point of view of scaling. Ethereum is much more reliable in this regard.

HOQU platform doesn’t consider Ethereum as an only option. I’m sure there’s a backup plan.   
You’re absolutely right. I heard that HOQU was conserving EOS as a backup plan. Is it true?   
I think it isn’t. The team needs to reach the active usage stage to be able to compare effectiveness of these two blockchains. Let’s just wait for results of analysis of effectiveness of all the options.
