Any ideas on this? Is it the safest way to sell bitcoin?
I dont know why I'm sking, how ould you even cash them out without losing a big % of the value.
They are usually purchased with cash. I read up on something called "WINLOCKER" and if they don't have a receipt.. dont take it . Simple.
