This is not a good new for all Jr.Members, however I think they have own  purpose, they would like to build up the members’ communication. Newbies should do something to contribute other not only spam on group. I can see that many spammers or fraud users recently so they should change policy to reduce this issue as much as posible.  Just do your best and you will receive worthy reward.
