I don't think ETH is ready, It is not easy to grow back when you have fallen badly. We have seen bitcoin price in 6K to 7K USD several times in this year but ETH is in under 260 USD? Just unbelievable! So, I think ETH price will not grow soon, it will take a long time to back in 400 to 500 USD! If the bitcoin price overcome 10K USD, then ETH have a chance to grow to 500 USD! Otherwise, my answer is No.
