How members of the bounty harm themselves

How members of the bounty harm themselves.

After having spent several bounty campaigns, faced with several problems the participants of which should not be.

Problem number 1.
Inattentively read the terms of participation, just used Google translator, built into the browser, which can completely change the conditions for participation in the wrong translation.

Problem number 2.
The transfer of frequently repeating rules in most bounty to all others. A simple example: basically in the bounty there are tweets, retweets, etc., on them a limit is set for 5 of those and those. Here comes the moment when the campaign makes a few tweets and there is nothing to retweet, then the rule is rarely prescribed, sometimes the participants believe that it always exists and this is a replacement for retweets with their own tweets. Some managers encourage this, but each bounty must be taken into account separately, in some campaigns this will not work. You just do the extra work and spend time on the proceedings.

Problem number 3.
Old and new retweets tweets. Here I also do not understand why I do this, but often do. When it is written to do retweets, you do not have to climb to the bottom of the tape and look for where the first tweets of campaigns are. Very often, campaign bounties are only asked for new retweets of their tweets, which are not older than one week. This means that if the week runs from Monday to Sunday (may vary depending on the start of the campaign and its policies), then retweets of those tweets that were made during this period will be taken into account.

Problem number 4.
Writing articles on any platform before agreement with the manager. Often managers write, including me, that before writing an article, you need to coordinate the platform with the manager and then spend your time on it. There was a case not so and it is rare when people without their channel or group wrote an article in http://telegra.ph, also if articles are allowed to write in telegram groups, some somehow believe that they can post articles not in their groups , and general, where there is a constant spam of articles that nobody needs.

Problem number 5.
Ignoring the rules for submitting a report. If you do not write that you need to submit the next report by changing your first one and adding the second there, then you do not need to do this. A good manager when submitting reports in the bounty branch on average appears about 20 new pages a week, and if you allow you wrote your first report on page 7 and for several weeks edited it, it does not mean that the manager who is on the The 5th week checks the range of 80-100 pages, will remember that you are there on the 7th page of all weeks, write to one your report editing it each time. There is also a second type of submission of reports, this is the submission of reports through the citation of their first and subsequent posts. If there are no such requirements in the rules, then you only prevent your citing from checking reports, and the manager has to scroll through a large number of your links every time to find the necessary ones. Sometimes, even they began to prohibit the citation of your old reports.

Problem number 6.
Some bounty campaigns require a report in Google form. Most of the participants for unknown reasons (maybe they are afraid that they will forget the form or not, and thus they have proof of their report, but if the rules say that the report is accepted only in the form, then everything else, as a rule, will be ignored) begin make two reports thereby preventing you from checking the pages in the bounty branch.

Problem number 7.
Dispute with the bounty manager. Often, it is better to resolve disputes with BM in personal correspondence, for example, in telegrams. Thus, you have a better chance to solve the issue in your favor. Also, never insult BMs, yet in the bounty, he's in charge, and in some lucrative bounty, he will remember that, because every BM has a rule that allows him to forbid participation to any participant without explanation of the reason.

Problem number 8.
Use # hashtags in retweets where this is not required. Here everything is simple for those who are attentive. If you were not asked to do hashtags in retweets, and you do them, then your retweet turns into a simple tweet with hashtags and a link to the campaign tweet. Look at the screenshots:

Problem number 9.
Sometimes some participants edit an old post / repost in a fb, then trying to prove that he still made this post on a certain number. It looks like this: the participant was required to make from the 5th to the 11th the number of 3 posts on Facebook, but he made only two and one forgot. Then some participants find their other post which was made in this range and completely replace the text by giving it out for the 3rd. A good BM if you see such a change can exclude you from your campaign.
