I get it that people post a lot of spam posts in some topics and I definitely agree that something has to be done to keep a certain quality of the forum but I don't know... Shouldn't the administrator(s)/mod(s) rather delete entire topic that is considered inappropriate instead of just removing posts and banning users?
Well at the current condition, that obviously won't leave any effect at all. Hundreds or sometimes thousands of posts are already deleted every day but that still don't make any change, even after the merit system is implemented.Yeah, I can see that. It's not all that strange on a forum with almost 2.5 mil members and close to 46 mil posts. It's just my opinion that it would make more sense to delete an entire topic (and maybe warn topic starter / explain why topic got deleted) than to go through thousands of posts, removing them one by one and banning users.

At least it's better than nothing. It's not that easy for me either. Besides, I'm having a hard time handling a single account, much less having say like 10 of them or something...
