Received the Fedex Activity Record today for my 2nd group of 10 pieces imported on August 31. Fedex charged me $25.96 for clearance with a value $7495 USD and entered duty free using 8471.50.0150 
count your blessings that Fedex may have not fixed this yet. the HTS code is wrong, there was ruling to change it for miners being imported. if they missed you then be happy. i know that UPS has caught up to speed on this. don't ask me how i know and how much i paid.
