I think obviously bitcoin can be national treasure because the advantages and the technology it uses one day all the countries will use bitcoin for many purposes and then it will be considered as national treasure.
The currency can not be a national treasure. Just like there can not be a payment system. The Internet after all, too, made a success when it appeared. But nobody considers him a national asset.
