Etherdelta is safe for now. However, it has been hack for so many times and   people are now trading back on the exchange now. Etherdelta is very safe and I will just tell you are beware of idex the exchange is also hacked now I lost 4 ETH on the exchange last week when am trading. Many people also lost money there too.
