MY ORDER #3031 processed that i paid in 24 dec is still in the same status!!! Is this a SCAM ? I PAID MORE THAN 6000$ for X-3!

I dont how to make that that more clear... fully 25% of my emails and calls are due to that question, cant even imagine BA's number of instances.
Why not just change it from "processed" to "paid" then? Seems like a fairly easy solution..
Because that is not an option in our cart system, and it does change from "Processing" before you pay, to "processes" after payment is processed.
Its an understandable confusion. Whats really annoying is people asking me same day if their wire cleared.
