The forum changed the rules, and many JRs became newcomers.
There is no need to change the new rules, i like it cause many people abuse the forum with their multiple account has gone.
We need to set up some simple tasks for the novice to get a Merit
Just make some good/constructive post i believe some member will give you merit.
