Who.is shows a Whoisguard active on your site, but that's probably because it was only created on the 6th December 2013.

Whois Guard is pretty standard when you buy a domain and is active for a year at which you can pay to have it extended.
It's standard practice for a business to opt out of WhoisGuard as it's aimed at personal sites.
