Holding tokens for a long time is just frustrating even a months how about 2 to 3 years its such a long, what if theres good price or else you need to have money at a time for  needs you have to sell it, so everything depends on the situation but as long as you had enough money try to hold it at this long time i think you earned much better as you want..
