Yes Agree with your comment.But I think this is what theymos want to do, new members need to post high quality post to earn their 1 st merit. Not just posting or replying just for bounty campaign.I think new system shows it's importance by this post, actually this is clearly an attempt to get merit himself but he understood he want to create(quality) post. and past I saw many merit rewarded posts like this post. so I don't think he is a dabbler, just let him to grow with new system.
Well i just want to say this. Look, in a high quality post there is something called novelty. It does not mean that your post must has 100% novelty but at least it is not something that is always repeated by newbie or Jr. Member who come to this Meta Section. This kind of post is already made by a lot of newbies and Jr. Member since the original merit system introduced back in January, and people are already bored of this
