Ok, don’t take this the wrong way round. It would be better to have opened a thread where you swung the question the whole way round, and instead of asking, you posted the answer to your question after reading through the forum and coming up with an answer. I’m not trying to be pedant here, just helpful. I figure that the refined rules come as a shock to many, but to overcome it, understand why it has happened and what it’s goal are.
