I don't think so. Even if it happens it will to take many years to happen that. Recently people have no a huge believe about the crypto currency. So first it will have to gain the trust of the people. But one thing can be said. Anything can happen in this world 
It is impossible to happen that bank will disappear because of cryptocurrency. If you say that some small banks will closed, thats possible. I think banks will eventually adapt cryptocurrency and come up for a program that will a line to it.
