Its like when you leave school & youre the new kid at work. You get the shit jobs in the office, you have to make the coffee & the tea but as time passes & you get more experience you become useful at work. Youre not the new kid all of a sudden & then a new, new kid joins

yeah i got that but thing is higher ranked members may or may not be highly qualified and newbies might or might not be noobs when it comes to technology.i agree with that example what you have mentioned.But problem here is you never know who is useful at work now because some people who are having higher rank now didn't worked hard as much as newbies are working hard right now.
