He wasn't active until today, check last posts. I was never too concerned really and I don't think he deserves a neg rating, they had delays in the past but always paid.

Lutpin doesn’t deserve a negative rating of course. I did one for lightlord but I’ll remove it when Lutpin pays us. Hopefully in the next 1-2 days because both escrow addresses for 777Coin & Bitvest are now refilled.
