Your post is not very clear, did you invested when the market was at the all time high? Or did you invested in one of those scams that promises you to return you a lot of money if you give them your money? Because if you invested during the all time high then you still have chances to recover your money as long as you hold your coins, but if you invested in one of those scam projects then that money is forever lost.
