Well, its visible in the charts that the market is really a roller coaster. This is simply because the demand and supply is also a roller coaster,  i think all of us knew that when the demand is high the market will also rise. Thats why if do panic selling it will just make the situation worst because these coins will just be dump and the supply will increase thus the price or the market will go down.
