I don't think you can already use it as it is still in ICO.

If there will be a beta I doubt you will be able to do that. Beta will be used for some general open testing and that's it.
I agree, this segment can be tested in a different way, I do not believe it will be an option for cachback during the BETA testing.

I'm pretty sure it will, it always does with this kind of projects as it also a good marketing move.
