Minex is just like most coins now, fell 90% from its peak value. I say 3 BTC volume is not bad as compared to some coins I'm holding which is trading less than 1 BTC per day. Minex is also listed in many popular exchanges exchanges. It's also up 10% from yesterday. Not bad at all.
