Probably we are closer to the floor price of most altcoins and I also think that majority of them are overprice or overbought, to be honest. If you looked at coinmarketcap, those shitcoins are really pump hard, its like every week there's one coins that its going to be pump artificially and then a massive drop on the next couple of days.

So we might be witnessing altcoins like Ethereum really bottoming, but there will be shitcoins that is being pumped everyday. And as long as there are coins born every minutes, the process will go on.
