Wow, this @theyoungmillionaire guide says it all, no doubt he deserve to be merited more for being some creative and informative in his post creation. My opinion, topic should be pinned for easy accessibility by newbies, it will help them a lot.

The 10 topics you highlighted are all quality posts but to proof your point more and convince others (although you have already conceived me) I advice you draft out another 10 topics that deserve merits to prove your points (more) that you deserve to be appointed a merit source because of your ability to spot quality posts.
