I think that the stupidity is not always based on the status of people because not all poor people are stupid but still there is a poor that stupid and also there a stupid people that are rich but just a few because they can't be rich if they didn't use their brain to have a lot of money.
Not all poor people are stupid but they are actually unlearned about things going on in the modern world has made it easy to change your financial conditions. When they start learning about whats going on with the crypto-currencies then they will make good profit with it does not matter if they have low savings, they can start with less valuable coins and can upgrade to the Bitcoin later.
Of course, not all poverty is stupid, many poor people are really smart and talented but they lack economic conditions, their development is limited and bound, that makes them have no chance to change fate and life. We can not put together and judge them stupid and then become poor, they never wanted it, but God arranged everything for them, they did not have the right to choose, stupid not too close to poverty, poverty only because of laziness and not positive in thought, poverty and laziness are closer together
