Cryptopia is far from being a top cryptoexchange. Of course, this is better than all new little-known exchanges, but it's very far from the Bittrex level, not to mention Binance. XDNA is, what to strive for!
These exchanges are the best because the first and a lot of people use them. For example, I do not like all exchanges from the top 10, but only a few. So it's a moot point.
