If BTC drops to something like $1000 then yes, but no it wont.
If ETH is hacked and major flaw is discovered like the one that lead to ETC then yes, maybe.
Prices in that range is impossible, because the market cap is at a very high level. To see Ethereum at 30 dollar the market cap needs to seriously turn down.
