Seems just the opposite to me.  Putin seems quite beholden to the Zionist Entity(tm) in Israel, and this latest 15 dead Russians and loss of a very expensive airplane with Putin doing yowman's duty in hushing it up, seems like just another in a long list of examples.  With every instance of such a thing the hypothesis that Putin is but a puppet of (((them))), just like the most other leaders in most other countries are, gains some strength.

The 'Russian people', OTOH, witnessed first-hand the Bolshevik revolution and are probably not as ignorant as your average public school trained Westerner about the details of that event.  The who and how.  They also probably tended to notice that when the Bolshevik form of communism had run it's course, how the 'oligarchs' sopped up the spoils.  And, of course, who these oligarchs were and where a lot of them took the money.

I gotta believe that there are as many Russians who are disappointed about Putin doing Netenyahoo a full solid as there are Americans disappointed by Trump doing the same.  And it's clear that there are a lot here.  Lots of them happened to have voted for the guy.

That is not to say that very many Russians would want to nuke Israel just like not very many Americans would either.  That's crazy.  But something has to change because we, and humanity itself, is being run into the gutter by the current power structure.
