No it won't go down to $400, it's the #1 platform coin.
but to $200 . 
that was not a good tip. nobody can write if ethereum is at $130 in two months or at $ 1250 . that would be a miracle if someone knows exactly this trend beforehand. it is almost impossible to say how eth will develop in the next weeks and months.
