No country can stop cryptocurrency transactions. Russia is clearly a country that needs more cryptocurrencies, and their economies have been blocked by the United States for many years. Perhaps only cryptocurrencies can change this.

of course a country can forbid transactions, there will always be countries to escape the strictest regulations though, but if a country wants to ban transactions, it's perfectly possibly, just force all the banks to do so. Sad but you have to face the truth.
