***IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT***

We will be enforcing the new wallets on ***Thursday, 9/20, at 1:00PM CST***

***What this means for you:***

If you have the latest wallets downloaded from our #🌍official-links  channel and followed the upgrade instructions in the channels under ‘SUPPORT’, then you are good to go! Sit back and relax.

IMPORTANT- If you still have not upgraded your cold and masternode wallet, you will need to upgrade by the above deadline. ***If you do not, you will not be able to send/receive any ACR until you do so.***
We have released these wallet upgrades on 9/1, and Mac wallet more recently on 9/11. Please take some time in the next few days to protect your ACR investment and make sure your funds and sending/receiving ability go interrupted by the above date.

***How to check your current wallet versions***

***In your local ACR wallet***-

Under ‘Client version’, if it reads ‘v2.0.0.0-5bdcdcc-dirty’, you will need to upgrade your wallet
If it reads v2.2.2.2, you are all set as you have already upgraded
For help and instructions on upgrading your wallets, view the messages and pinned messages in the #mac-wallet-update , #windows-wallet-update  , or #linux-wallet-update

***In your VPS/MN wallet***-
1 Connect into your VPS and log in as ‘root’
2 Type ‘acr-cli getinfo’ command and hit
Next to “version”, if it reads 2000000, you will need to upgrade your wallet
If it reads 2020202, you are all set as you have already upgraded

NOTE: If you are using shared MN or staking services, the ACR team will coordinate with them to upgrade their wallets on their end by the switchover date (9/20).
