All these points you gave here they are already being done here. There are lots of experts in cryptocurrency here in this community that are always ready to give answers to your questions at all times.
The only thing we need now to help this community is a way of detecting scams here, but I dont think that will be easy to do because new scams keeps popping up everyday in this community. By the time you find out which one is scam there is already a new scam or the same person using a different account. Meehn
When you tell somebody about cryptocurrency, he takes interest because it is money and everybody needs money for his needs. He will ask the related questions by himself like how can I buy crypto? From where I will buy crypto, where will I keep my coins etc. he will know all things about cryptocurrency. We just to convey them the information about cryptocurrency.
