Last year bull run started in the september only, let's see if that will be replicated this year or not. Personally I highly doubt that it'll happen this year, right now confidence of investors are very low and they want to stay away from such volatile market. BTC believers are waiting for ETF approvals, if that happens it'll surely rise the price of BTC to $12k easily, but again SEC is not going to approved it anytime sooner.
